Quick answers

• Nothing is posting: open the Confetti app home in Slack and check a celebration channel is selected, and that the roster has dates.
• Change the posting time or timezone: both are in the app home under Settings.
• Billing: a workspace admin can run /confetti upgrade to open the billing portal.
• Pause celebrations for yourself: use "Opt out of celebrations" in the Confetti app home — effective immediately. Your data is kept, so you can resume any time.
• Delete your own data: use "Delete my data" in the Confetti app home to permanently erase your name, birthday, hire date and manager info. This is different from opting out — it can't be undone, though you can add your birthday again later to start fresh.
