Quick answers
- Nothing is posting: open the Confetti app home in Slack and check a celebration channel is selected, and that the roster has dates.
- Change the posting time or timezone: both are in the app home under Settings.
- Billing: a workspace admin can run
/confetti upgradeto open the billing portal. - Remove your own data: use "Opt out of celebrations" in the Confetti app home — effective immediately.
