Nothing is posting: open the Confetti app home in Slack and check a celebration channel is selected, and that the roster has dates.
Change the posting time or timezone: both are in the app home under Settings.
Billing: a workspace admin can run /confetti upgrade to open the billing portal.
Remove your own data: use "Opt out of celebrations" in the Confetti app home — effective immediately.
