Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These terms govern use of the Confetti Slack application, operated by TinyPoll. By installing or using Confetti you agree to them on behalf of your workspace.
The service
Confetti posts birthday, anniversary and event announcements to your Slack workspace and provides related features (group cards, alerts, directory sync). We may change or improve features over time; we won't materially reduce what a paid plan includes mid-term.
Plans and billing
- New workspaces receive a 28-day trial of all features. No payment details are required to start.
- The Free plan is available to workspaces of 25 or fewer members and may be feature-limited as described on our pricing page.
- The Pro plan is billed per active workspace member (excluding bots, guests and deactivated accounts) via Stripe, monthly or annually. Seat counts adjust automatically with prorated charges or credits.
- Charges appear from TinyPoll. You can cancel any time via the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't use Confetti to harass anyone, to process data you have no right to provide, or to probe or disrupt the service. Individuals' opt-outs must be respected — admins must not re-add dates for someone who opted out.
Data
Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how it's handled. You're responsible for having the right to provide any dates you import on behalf of others.
Availability and liability
Confetti is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but don't guarantee announcements will always post at the exact configured time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyPoll's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Termination
You can uninstall at any time. We may suspend workspaces that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
